Job hunt shortlist — sample

5 — Senior PM, Growth @ Northwind Labs
Why: role, skills and terms all line up; activation work matches the CV exactly.
Matched: a/b testing, activation, funnel, growth, sql, looker · Missing: none blocking.

4 — Staff Product Manager @ Datawise
Why: strong overlap on SQL/Python/analytics; one seniority stretch to close.
Gap plan: frame the staff scope via the cross-team analytics program led last year.

Cover note (excerpt): "Your growth roadmap role reads like my last four years: I owned the growth roadmap for a B2B SaaS analytics product and lifted activation from 18% to 34%…"

FAQ

How is the 1-5 score decided?

Four dimensions — role fit, skill overlap, seniority match, and terms — each scored briefly, then a total. A 5 needs every dimension at 4 or above; a 4 tolerates one 3. No score ships without written reasons.

Does it apply to jobs for me automatically?

No. It prepares the scored shortlist, the tailored drafts, and the tracker — you review and submit. Applications stay your decision.
