Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft 365 through their connectors. The skill picks the mailbox from context and labels every result with its account.
Will it send mail without asking me?
No. Drafts are saved for your review and sends follow the exact recipients, subject and body you approved.
How does it handle timezones?
An event keeps the timezone of where it happens. A call across countries is offered in each participant's local time, with daylight-saving changes checked.
Can it share my booking link instead of booking?
Yes. When others should choose, it shares your booking link and leaves the choice to them.
Where is the deadline stored?
In a tracked item or memory note that later turns can read — never only in chat, where it would scroll away.
What happens after the window passes?
You get one short outcome report: got it, missed it, or still possible through another route.
