SkillU (skillu.dev) is a marketplace for Agent Skills — reusable workflow packages for AI agents. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or buy a Skill, and how it is used. We keep data collection to the minimum the service needs.

What we collect

• Contact information — your email address when you write to us, or when it is shared with us as part of a purchase, so we can deliver access and support.
• Purchase records — the product or plan you bought, the amount, the date and the transaction status. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases on SkillU. Your full card details are handled by Creem and its payment partners; they do not pass through, and are not stored on, this website.
• Basic technical logs — standard server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) generated by our hosting and CDN provider, Cloudflare, to operate and protect the site. This website is a static site and runs no account system of its own.

How we use it

To provide and maintain access to purchased Skills, send receipts and important service messages, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the catalog. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers the service runs on: Creem (payments, as merchant of record), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and security), and where the law requires disclosure. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

This website itself does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Pages in the checkout flow are served by Creem, and security features are served by Cloudflare; those providers may set cookies that are necessary for their services to work.

Retention

Purchase records are kept for as long as needed to provide your access, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Support emails are kept while your request is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Technical logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time. Some purchase records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the effective date above.
