Terms of Service

Effective date: October 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of SkillU (skillu.dev) and any Agent Skills you buy or download from it. By using the site or purchasing a Skill, you agree to these terms.

The service

SkillU sells digital goods: curated Agent Skill packages (instructions, templates and related files) that you install into a compatible AI agent. Skills are delivered digitally; nothing physical is shipped.

Plans and billing

• Monthly — $9.99 per month. A subscription that renews monthly until cancelled.
• Yearly — $79 per year. A subscription that renews yearly until cancelled.
• Founding Lifetime — $169 one-time. A single payment for ongoing Premium access, with no renewal charge.

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; taxes may apply depending on your location. You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium access continues until then. The Founding Lifetime plan has no subscription to cancel.

License

When you buy a Skill (or access one through a paid plan), you receive a license to install and use it for your own work, including commercial projects you deliver. The license does not include reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or republishing the Skill packages themselves, or sharing paid access credentials.

Acceptable use

Do not use SkillU or its Skills to break the law, infringe the rights of others, bypass access controls or payment, scrape the catalog in bulk, or misrepresent output in a way that deceives others.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of Creem, our merchant of record. If a purchase does not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us at hello@ahatuts.com and we will make it right.

Availability and changes

Skills are versioned and may be updated, improved or, with reasonable notice, retired. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Skills are provided "as is". A Skill is a workflow your agent follows; results depend on your agent, models and inputs, so we do not warrant a particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to SkillU in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
